1,Measure the thickness of bone wall,then use guide drill(GD20)and stopper to drill a 1mm- 2mm hole in the bone wall.

2,Using Crestal Ramer(CR28,CR33)to drill through the remaining 1mm~2mm.Do not worry,the drilling does not break through mucous membranes.

Pay attention that:you need to choice the right stopper ring size according to the thickness of bone wall,the dimensions marked on the stopper ring are the dimensions of the actual drilling depth.

3,Using Silicone head (AT3050)join the silicone tube,Swelling the membranes with saline using a syringe(1mm saline can up to lift 10mm )

4,Then Using window drill to window drilling,The inside of the window drill has a positioning pin inserted into the hole to avoid drilling irregularities or sliding of the drill body

5,If the window opening is a bit small, you can use the side cutter (SC2450/3465) to expand.

6,Stripping using the following glassware
